I came on board Reach Velocity in 2022 as the Head of Recruitment for Cybersecurity. Prior to joining, I was a lead technical recruiter for ERP professionals Capax Resource Management where I cut my teeth in the world of corporate and technical staffing. My academic background was in Criminology where I graduated top of my class before going on to work as a data project intern at the UK Home Office.

Since becoming a recruitment consultant I’ve fully realized a passion for business development, networking, and helping others achieve their true potential. Reach Velocity became a perfect marriage of my passion for technical staffing and my government/criminological background. Since joining I have moved away from CyberSec exclusively, having been promoted to a Senior Business Development Associate; In this capacity I manage existing accounts, court new ones, and mentor my team of recruitment consultants to provide the very best service to our clients.
